The price applicable to your order will be the price displayed at checkout at the time the order is placed, subject to correction of obvious pricing errors.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order due to product unavailability, incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, payment issues, delivery restrictions or incorrect customer information.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary because of location, courier delays, weather, public holidays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

7. Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address, PIN code, phone number and other required information.

300PICKS may not be responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

8. Returns & Refunds

All returns, replacements and refunds are subject to our separate Return & Refund Policy.

Customers should review the applicable return conditions before placing an order.

9. Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests should be submitted as early as possible.

Once an order has been packed, processed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

10. Offers & Discount Codes

Offers, discounts, coupon codes and promotional prices may have separate eligibility requirements, validity periods or minimum order values.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, multiple promotional offers may not be combined.

11. Product Availability

Product availability may change without notice.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we may contact the customer regarding a replacement, cancellation or refund, as applicable.
